Solar Fund "Kashimanada No.1" Collected 55 Investors


The solar business entrepreneur Zec in Tokyo said that the company's investment collection "Kashimanada No.1 Solar Lot Sale Fund" had collected 55 investors.

The average amount invested per person was 1.3 million JPY.

The fund is planning to install 800 solar panels (192 kW) on a land of about 4,000 square meters in Hokota city, Ibaraki prefecture. The electricity to be generated will be sold to Tokyo Electric Power from June.

The business period will be 20 years, and the company expects to annually pay back 8.5% of the amount invested.

Zec has recently started the second-term investment collection.
