Shikibo in Osaka to Embark on Solar Business

The textile manufacturer Shikibo in Osaka city announced on 28th that it would embark on solar power business.

The company is going to install a 2.4 MW solar station in its factory in Toyama city, Toyama prefecture.

The construction cost will be one billion JPY.
Shikibo estimates the annual sale of electricity generated to be 90 million JPY.
