21MW Solar to Be Constructed in Tokachi Speed Way

The lease and financing conglomerate Orix, together with the owner of "Tokachi Speed Way" MSF, announced on 20th that the two companies would construct a mega-solar facility of 21 MW scale in the speed way.

The total cost is 6.7 billion JPY and the construction will be completed in December 2014.
