Sparx to Build 2.17 MW Solar in Kushiro, Hokkaido
Sparx group is going to install 2.17 MW solar in Kushiro city of Hokkaido prefecture.
All the electricity will be sold to Hokkaido Electric Power.
The company aims at start operation in June 2015.
