Smart Houses by Sekisui Heim in Mito, Ibaraki

The house manufacturer Ibaraki Sekisui Heim will start selling first 17 houses with lot in Mito city of Ibaraki prefecture on 27th.

The residences are equipped with solar panels, home energy management system (HEMS), and high-capacity lithium ion batteries.

Sekisui group is trying to develop its "Smart Heim City Project" throughout Japan; the above is the first case in Ibaraki.
