10 MW Solar Power in Misawa, Aomori

The wind turbine manufacture Energy Products (Tokyo) and its associated company Scientech (Misawa city, Aomori prefecture) will install 10 MW solar power plant in Misawa city.

They also plan to construct a wind turbine factory which annually produces 480 turbines of 20 kW output.

The solar facility will be of the largest scale in Aomori prefecture. And the total output will equal to 15 percent of the electricity consumption in the city.
